Yes. Go to your monitor settings and select hourly, daily, or weekly. Free plans include 300 checks/month; Pro plans include 15,000 checks/month. Monitors pause when the limit is reached.
Navigate to Settings > Notifications in your dashboard. You can configure email and Slack integrations from there.
